Rum maple syrup

Driven by their desire to help the planet, the Sève de Mars team ages its maple syrup in barrels that were used to age various spirits. Once the syrup is infused with the rich flavours of potent alcohol, the barrels are cycled once again to age other spirits with classic natural and local aromas. A partner of 1% for the Planet, the Quebec company relies on a circular supply chain and showcases its countless benefits through unique syrups containing the very essence of Quebec.

Thanks to the Martinican rum that infused the oak barrels in which it was aged, this woody syrup showcases sweet notes of chocolate, caramelized brown sugar, and prunes.
