Inspired by nature falling asleep under the snow, the Bêtes des bois box set pays tribute to three iconic woodland figures, namely the groundhog, hare and bear. In its own way, each embodies the quiet strength and beauty of Quebec’s winter-when time slows down, nature rests, and the miracle that is maple syrup gently stirs.
